A Gigolo Aunts retrospective is being put up for next summer. It will contain tracks of 2 unreleased records, new recordings, songs from the first two albums, live tracks and rarities of movies and tv shows. It will come with a book with photos and "extensive liner notes".
Dave Gibbs will release his solo album with Kid Lightning in Spain, planned for February and a spanish tour will follow with some Gigolo Aunts members as guests.
And at last but a least, ex-Gigolo Aunts lead guitarist Phil Hurley is currently finishing his first solo record. Scheduled to come out next spring. >> July 29 2003: The IPO concert will be webcasted tomorrow night, live from L.A. on DCN. The show will start at 10.30 (West coast time zone), so be sure to be at the Spaceland or on Dcn.com!

>> June 4 2003: The Gigolo Aunts will play this summer in Los Angeles as part of the International Pop Overthrow festival. The concert is planned on July 30th and will take place at the Spaceland.

>> December 10 2002: A limited number of cds of the american version of Pacific Ocean Blues is available on Q division!!!

>> November 16 2002: "Pacific Ocean Blues" arrives in North America on February 4th 2003!! The record will be released on the label Q division and will feature a bonus track called "Long Scattered Daydream". And a concert is planned for December 31st in Boston, you'll find more informations at firstnight.org.

>> September 29 2002: New website is under construction!! The design will change and menues will be reconfigured for a better navigation through the site. It should be done for november hopefully :-)

>> May 11 2002: Zaragoza's concert originally at "Centro Cultural Delicias" was moved to "Sala Oasis"!

>> April 20 2002: "Pacific Ocean Blues" should come out in Japan soon according to the record company. Some tour dates has changed, check out the page to see the changes.

>> January 26 2002: According to GA lead singer Dave Gibbs, the definitive title of the next album will be "Pacific Ocean Blues". Last thursday was the last recording session and the band will begin the mixing next week and it should be over very soon.

>> January 03 2002: First, happy new year to all the fans out there! Here are some fresh news: "The One Before The Last" CD will be released by Bittersweet Records in Germany and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) in february. At the end of january, the band will have the next CD master ready and it should come out in Spain first in April. Also, Bittersweet Records are planning some tours in Spain and Germany for may/june. More news soon...

>> December 8 2001: The record is about 75% done, 12 songs are recorded yet and according to Dave Gibbs, the album's title should be "Pacific Blues" or "Pacific Ocean Blues" and should be released in the early spring!

>> November 20 2001: The band's new record reached the stage 2, they are now working with Chris Horvath, who'll finish producing the record with them.

>> October 20 2001: "The new record is coming along quite nicely!" said Dave. The band is still in recording session but a lot of work is already done, a dozen of songs are written yet, and all sound pretty good...

>> August 15 2001: With agreement from Dave Gibbs and his band, this fansite will become the official website of the band... I have to work on few changes and it should be ready around october. Apart from that, Dave, Steve, Jon and Fred are currently in studio for their 9th album.
