7.The first live show you went:
DG: I saw Beatlemania and Peter Frampton in the same week.
PB: Santana
SH: Peter Frampton-after his peak, his popularity was dwinding but he still used his talkbox on "Show me the way".
PH: It was a sin(yuck!). But there weren't many concerts in small home town.

8.Why did you form Gigolo Aunts?
DG: So that I could make music with my friends and travel to different places and meet new friends, sounds cliche and corny, but it's true.
PB: Tax write off.
SH: I love music and I wanted to create.
PH: We all loved music, but hadn't been in bands where we made our own songs. Plus, it was a good way to make new friends-and meet girls.

9.Favorite Gigolo Aunts song:
DG: FIGURINE is my favorite on the album, but we don't play it live very often because it requires a special tuning. COPE is my favorite that we play live because it's real loud and the lyrics are about sort of dealing with life after you've been dumped...something I know a lot about!
PB: FIGURINE
SH: I like them all for different reasons. It depends on my mood.
PH: That's very hard. Uh-maybe "MRS. WASHINGTON".

10.What's your favorite band which you've played with ever?
DG: When I played in Velvet Crush we got to play with Super Snazz and Superstar. They were both great. It was also an honors to share the stage with Seagulls screaming kiss her kiss her.
PB: The Feelies
SH: The Feelies
PH: That's just too hard. Maybe the bostonband Big Dipper. Or maybe Dumptrack.

11.Is there any band you feel sympathy with?
DG: I feel a lot of sympathy with Superstar, I love their record and they sort of remind me in away of us. Sometimes if I read a bad or luke warn review of them, it makes really sad.
PB: Cave Dogs
SH: Velvet Crush, The Posies, Teenage Fanclub, and many others
PH: Sure, There are more than one. I think that we should set together with Teenage Fanclub and The Posies. Then all three bands should be on stage together, I'm sure we would all know the same songs.

12.Which do you like recordings or liveshow?
DG: I love to record and make things sound perfect, but I much prefer playing live, because I love to have audience partification. I would like to try to breakdown any barriers between us and them. So that it's just a bunch of people making music and having fun!
PB: Both!
SH: Recording is hardest, but can be very satisfying creativity. Liveshow is immediate and exciting. I like both, but I guess playing live is my favorite.
PH: I love to do both. When you play live, it's very spontaneous and instant. You can't look back. But recording is cool too. Because you have more time to get great sounds and play things your very best.
